He is committed to using industry-leading materials that improve aesthetics and pool longevity.   
Billy Fritz is a graduate of Texas A&M University. Highly regarded in the Dallas area among his peers and clients, he has a strong attention to detail and maintains a high degree of control on each of his renovations.
